Jarrad Seng X Amok Island

A collaboration between artist Amok Island and photographer Jarrad Seng, Parallels offered audiences a new perspective on much-loved Western Australian destination, Rottnest Island. The exhibition saw Jarrad Seng’s highly detailed and textured medium format photographs sit alongside Amok Island’s minimal, geometric interpretations.

The opening night saw hundreds of guests including media and potential buyers, viewing the works at Fremantle’s PS Art Space. To the guests’ surprise, a Cessna aircraft was installed in the lofty gallery space – representing what the pair used to capture the breathtaking images featured in the exhibition.

A highly successful publicity campaign supported the opening night, with coverage across lifestyle, art and news publications nationally.
