Presented by the City of Fremantle, ‘One Day in Fremantle’ is an an inclusive celebration of modern Australia.

In 2017, the inaugural event attracted a crowd of over 15,000 people who gathered at the Esplanade Reserve to see an impressive line-up of artists, including John Butler, Dan Sultan and Mama Kin. There was something for everyone to enjoy, with a range of free family-friendly activities to discover.

The event returned in 2018, with over 19,000 people joining the celebrations. Acclaimed Australian singer-songwriter Kate Miller-Heidke took to the stage along with DJ Kevin Parker of Tame Impala, Arnhem Land hip-hop artist Baker Boy and indigenous dance group Djuki Mala.

Detail were engaged to raise awareness of the event and encourage people of all walks of life to be involved in the celebrations. Through a well-defined public relations strategy, we assisted in building the event’s profile and further developing it as a much-loved celebration of Australia among Fremantle locals.

We are looking forward to 2019.
