PETS OF KNUTSFORD

Knutsford is known for its warm community with friendly neighbours, leafy courtyards and kids out playing in the laneway.

Earlier this year, we took some photos of some of the familiar furry faces at the award-winning development – Tilly the Kelpie rescue dog, the vivacious Boncie and Larni the cat. Below are some short snippets of their lives in the ‘hood.

The final release of terrace houses at Knutsford is under construction and due for completion by mid-year. Starting from $820,000, these homes offer 3-bedrooms, a rear courtyard and lofty interior spaces. For more information visit knutsford.com.au or follow them on Instagram and Facebook.

BONCIE
Boncie loves life at Knutsford as it’s just a trot, skip and a jump from her very own dog-friendly café Two Dogs Laughing. The beach is just five minutes away and Monument Hill right on her doorstep where she enjoys chasing the ball while watching the sunset behind the giant dinosaur cranes.

TILLY
Tilly is a six-year-old Kelpie rescue dog who loves living at Knutsford because of its proximity to Fremantle, Monument Hill and the beach. She loves her afternoon walk adventures, which you can follow on Instagram – here

LARNI
Our resident cat, Larni, is often spotted soaking up the afternoon sun. She likes to lounge in one of her favourite spots, atop the rammed earth walls where she blends in nicely and watches the world go by.
