Perth City Campus Launch
Edith Cowan University (ECU) is a highly regarded university in Western Australia, recognised for its high‑quality teaching, strong student experience, notable WAAPA alumni, and state‑of‑the‑art facilities across a broad range of study areas spanning its three campuses. ECU is consistently ranked among the world’s leading young universities (under 50 years old).
Detail was engaged to support the launch of ECU’s new Perth City Campus, delivering a series of celebratory activations over several weeks following the opening. This included concept development and project management to deliver a range of on‑site brand activations.
Detail managed interactive experiences on the ground including a photobooth, fairy floss and cookie hand‑outs, live entertainment, and content creation across the campus throughout February 2026, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for staff and students.
Detail was also engaged to deliver ECU’s Perth City Vice‑Chancellor corporate event for key university stakeholders. Detail oversaw all aspects of event management, from concept development to supplier engagement and on-site coordination, delivering a high‑calibre and memorable event to mark this milestone.
The result was a vibrant and engaging celebration, fitting of this significant milestone for the university. With the campus already bringing new energy into the Perth CBD and continued growth expected, the impact of ECU’s Perth City Campus is set to be felt for years to come.
