Visitors to the Fremantle Arts Centre were completely absorbed in a multi-sensory maze of light, air and sound when UK creative powerhouse Architects of Air brought its ‘Arborialis’ luminarium to Western Australia for the first time. Spanning multiple interconnected domes, the giant inflatable architectural structure transformed the south lawn into an inflatable labyrinth of radiant and mesmerizing colour.

As part of Detail’s ongoing work with the Fremantle Arts Centre, the agency was engaged to deliver a public relations campaign, including media relations and influencer engagement to raise awareness and drive ticket sales and visitation to the luminarium.

The Architects of Air campaign generated widespread coverage across print, online and broadcast media, with the influencer event promoting organic user-generated content across social media. Detail’s media relations and influencer campaign supported the Fremantle Arts Centre in attracting over 25,000 visitors to the experience in two weeks, surpassing expected ticket sales.
