Located at the foothills of the Darling Scarp, the 84-hectare community will deliver approximately 1,200 homes alongside landscaped parks, walking trails, green corridors and future community amenities. 

An official sod turning ceremony marked the commencement of the project and the beginning of its long-term vision for Perth’s north-east. The milestone event brought together key stakeholders, including Western Australian Minister for Planning and Lands John Carey, the senior representatives from the City of Swan, and members of Mirvac’s Perth and interstate teams. The event successfully celebrated the project’s commencement and reinforced its significance as a future residential community for the region.
