The Audi Q2 is a new category for the Audi group, one they considered ‘undefinable’ with a new target group which are not easy to identify. The Audi Q2 presented a whole new ‘youthful and image driven’ category for the company which is what made the car unique. Hence, a new way of approaching the launch was required.
We worked collaboratively with event partners and Audi Centre Perth to create a social media activation like no other. An experience was developed to engage Perth’s leading media contacts, bloggers and influencers. The key objective was to generate exposure for the Q2 and drive traffic to Audi Centre Perth’s newly launched social media platforms. An exciting and visual experiential campaign was shared with Perth influencing elite.
Press, bloggers, socialites and lifestyle influencers attended the event, making sure that Perth knew the Audi Q2 was now on the roads. The experience achieved a high level of social media exposure as well as traditional editorial coverage. Most importantly, Audi Centre Perth were thrilled.
