TASTE at Exchange

A consumer-facing event, TASTE at Exchange – a multi-sensory feast of art, food and frivolity was held in April 2024 to drive visitation, awareness & broader community conversation to the Exchange Precinct at Curtin University.

The Exchange Precinct is an unexpected foodie hub that is open to everyone, whether they’re students or not. Having never had an official launch, the precinct required an awareness campaign to drive visitation from outside the university gates.

In line with the event, Detail delivered a hugely successful campaign encompassing publicity, the roll-out of a creative campaign, ambassador management, social media management and Meta advertising, e-newsletter development, advertising, influencer management, media kits and the hosting of a VIP event.

TASTE at Exchange was hugely successful, and Details efforts delivered results including –

– Over 50 pieces of earned media coverage around the event and precinct
– 70+ unique social media posts & stories from key media, influencers & tastemakers
– +45% increase in social followers
– +935% uplift in Instagram interactions
– +75% increase in Facebook followers
– Exceeded client’s event attendance targets
