There’s something delicious cooking in the CBD as Perth’s very first Krispy Kreme Concept Store prepares to open its doors on Hay Street this month.
A kaleidoscope of colour, fun and flavour, the new-look concept store delivers not only delicious coffee, shakes, bagels and the entire doughnut range but also creates a myriad of shareable, ‘instagram-able’ moments for customers to enjoy.
Customers will marvel at the shopfront designed to mimic the iconic green dotted box before stepping inside to discover a neon light installation of glowing life-sized sprinkles, doughnuts galore and a branded hat dispenser for those who love a little dress up.
As a nod to the postcode of the stores new home, customers will be treated to 6,000 free Original Glazed doughnuts when the store opens this month. The signature Original Glazed doughnuts are a favourite around the globe and still made using the original recipe which dates back to 1937.
Ahead of the Perth launch period, Detail were engaged by Krispy Kreme Australia to manage the local publicity campaign, targeted social media influencer engagement and provide on the ground event and supplier support. Working with Perth’s top social media influencers across the food, lifestyle, fashion and parenting spaces was imperative to the brand, and as such, Detail were engaged for their expertise in this field.
As part of this campaign Detail managed the development and delivery of key media materials, facilitated media opportunities, engaged with and deliver limited edition doughnuts to top social media influencers to generate content for the brand, developed a guest list and managed the invitation process for a sneak preview event and provided event support to the national team.
