MAN ABOUT THE HOUSE

Presented by comedian Tim ‘Rosso’ Ross and musician Kit Warhurst, Man About the House is a show combining architecture, comedy and music. Audiences are given the opportunity to have a sticky beak inside some of the country’s most interesting and architecturally significant homes.

While working with the Australian Institute of Architects – WA Chapter, we saw an opportunity to work with Tim Ross on bringing the show to Perth for the first time. A key objective for the Institute was to encourage audiences to engage with quality design in an approachable format.

From the home and studio of iconic late architect Iwan Iwanoff to a 50s timber-clad family home by Krantz and Sheldon, we worked closely with Tim to curate a series of shows that showcased some of Perth’s most prominent architectural homes.

The series was a sell-out, with Tim and Kit returning to Perth several times for subsequent Man About the House seasons.
