Montario Quarter – Fini Group

Located at the former site of the Shenton Park Rehabilitation Hospital, Landcorp’s Montario Quarter development is set to become a thriving urban village.

Fini Group was the successful proponent of one of the first development sites, with the heritage-listed Victoria House at its heart. Incorporating the heritage building and surrounds, the site is set to become a cultural hub and public gathering space with community-centric retail and hospitality concepts complemented by residential apartments and townhouses.

After being confirmed as the successful proponent, Fini Group engaged us to manage the media announcement for the project. Coverage was achieved in news and property media nationally.
