With one of Western Australia’s leading property developers Hesperia at the helm, MHKP is set to become Perth’s largest employment hub outside of the CBD. The $200 million MHKP project will deliver aged care facilities, short stay accommodation, residential apartments, commercial offices, retail, food and beverage, medical suites, allied health and the state’s first Medi Hotel.
Surrounded by tertiary institutions, tertiary hospitals, research institutes, heavy rail and arterial road networks, MHKP is strategically located and will become the town centre of Murdoch.
With international architecture practice Hassell as the lead designer, MHKP will be a thriving hub of activity with people at its heart, connecting public spaces with sustainable and energy efficient buildings.
Detail were engaged by Hesperia to create editorial opportunities around the expression of interest campaign for medical and commercial tenants as well as the announcement of the aged-care provider partnership.
Following the initial expression of interest campaign, we were engaged to manage the digital marketing strategy for MHKP which encompassed strategically managing the Google Ads, LinkedIn and e-newsletter campaigns for the precinct.
