Overlooking the spectacular Indian Ocean, Overton Terraces offers a sense of pared-back and considered luxury, combined with relaxed and liveable spaces where comfort takes priority.
Backing onto the Cottesloe Civic Centre, the enclave of 11 luxury residences is cleverly integrated into its unique location, with sleek, linear design by award-winning practice Banham Architects.
Upon the completion of the project, we were engaged by Australian Development Capital (ADC_) to raise awareness around this key milestone, while also generating interest in the remaining residences.
To support the sales relaunch, a defined communications strategy was put in place including an event for stakeholders and prospective buyers, media relations, social media and supporting marketing activities, including traditional advertising and an e-newsletter.
A consistent look and feel was developed that was reflective of the luxury project – light, bright and sophisticated, yet still inviting. This was applied across the various touchpoints to ensure a consistent message was communicated to all audiences.
Local favourite Il Lido was enlisted for the event, offering guests aperitivo as they explored the residences and enjoyed the sunset. The space was styled with high-end European furniture and original art by leading local businesses Mobilia and Linton & Kay Galleries.
Media, stylists and Instagram influencers were among those in attendance at the event, resulting in local media coverage as well as a substantial growth in following and engagement on social media platforms.
This integrated strategy resulted in an increased brand awareness at a key point of the project, both for Overton Terraces and Australian Development Capital.
