As such, Detail were thrilled to be engaged by the City of Fremantle to manage its visitor facing social media platforms. This includes strategic direction and content creation for the Visit Fremantle Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest accounts.
With consideration to the City’s rapidly expanding built environment and community, Detail’s approach to the Visit Fremantle visitor facing platforms is to position the City as a sophisticated and progressive destination. To do this, it is essential to showcase the exceptional hospitality and retail businesses, unique architecture, rich history and diverse events on offer.
With a digital community exceeding 80,000 active members, the management of the visitor facing platforms requires daily management, monitoring and engagement. In addition, Detail is responsible for developing content which is elevated, engaging and reflects the City’s visitation goals.
Having managed the channels for over 18 months, Detail have achieved 20% uplift in organic impressions, 30% uplift in profile actions and 25% uplift in follower growth.
