Urban Fabric

Urban Fabric is a privately-owned family business offering affordable housing in the greater Fremantle area. Since opening its first property in 2003, Urban Fabric has grown to offer almost 150 furnished rooms and apartments across six locations.

What sets Urban Fabric apart is its focus on building a strong sense of community. The properties are intentionally designed to encourage interaction through elements such as clustered pathways, landscaping and common areas. Long-term living arrangements are also available, helping residents to establish themselves.

We worked with Urban Fabric to update their visual identity, copy and website. At the heart of the brief was to showcase the people behind Urban Fabric – namely the team and residents – who are important to its success.

Urban Fabric has provided housing for thousands of people since they started almost 20 years ago. We look forward to following Urban Fabric’s journey as they continue their important work in providing attainable housing solutions.
