Victoria House is an innovative new development on the other side of Shenton Park. With a focus on nurturing community, Fini Group is undertaking a survey to help inform how the development will take shape.
At the heart of the project is the restoration of the heritage-listed Victoria House, which will be reimagined to house a thoughtful mix of retail, hospitality and commercial offerings. Complementing the existing building will be a range of newly built apartments.
Shenton Park inhabitants, prospective buyers and beyond are invited to share their memories of Victoria House and what they’d like to see at the development.
A key point of difference for Victoria House is that it is not a ‘cookie cutter’ development, but rather somewhere that is striving to have a unique sense of place. This is largely driven by the restoration and incorporation of the existing heritage building and efforts to foster a sense of community through considered shared facilities and inviting open spaces.
Detail provided Public Relations and Marketing services to Victoria House during the key launch period, leading up to construction commencing. This included ongoing media relations, content creation and social media strategy, EDM design and development, Facebook and Google Ads management.
With many apartment projects launching in the Perth market, the challenge was to celebrate and communicate the distinctive features of the development. Detail’s strategy leveraged multiple platforms to tell some of the stories around the project, including its design, the team’s impressive track record and the history of the site.
The project’s launch phase was hugely successful, with half of the residences sold within two months of launch, and construction commencing with 80% of residences committed.
