28 Lyall x Mobilia Designer Living Event

28 Lyall’s Designer Living Event, hosted in collaboration with Mobilia, was held in early March 2021 to drive sales during the development’s pre-construction phase.

28 Lyall sits on the fine line between art and architecture, pushing the boundaries of design to elevate everyday life.

Designed by world-renowned architect practice Bates Smart, 28 Lyall will be the tallest residential tower in Perth. A ‘vertical village’ with only 97 apartments, the exclusive residences are located in the heart of cosmopolitan South Perth.

With construction set to commence mid 2021 by Tier 1 construction company Multiplex, there are limited opportunities remaining for purchasers to secure their new home at 28 Lyall, and make the most of the government grants for off-the-plan commitments.

Detail developed a concept to reconnect with 28 Lyall’s existing EOIs and generate new leads – the Designer Living Event. The event offered a preview of the premium lifestyle and spectacular South Perth location that awaits future residents at 28 Lyall.

Key draw cards included a 20 metre tall on-site viewing platform, stunning grazing by Emma Lindegaard and aperitifs from the Little Bar Cart.

In addition, a range of limited edition furniture packages by Mobilia were developed to suit 28 Lyall’s residences. The packages were available as apartment upgrades for those who secured an apartment over the event weekend.

Featuring furniture from European brands Cassina and Kettal, purchasers were able to choose from a range of iconic pieces that would feel right at home in 28 Lyall’s architecturally designed apartments.

The event had an overwhelming response, with a substantial number of apartment commitments made over the weekend.
